We agree which accounts and counts are in scope. I check the authorised evidence, record what the figures represent and provide a written result. You are paying for the human verification and record, not subtraction.
A small, useful written result.
The result records the accounts and counts checked, what each count represents, when it was observed, whether it meets the agreed numerical comparison, and any limitation preventing a meaningful conclusion.
What the numbers cannot establish.
Shopify’s email-subscribed count and Klaviyo’s active email count can describe different populations. Matching totals do not establish matching people. Different totals do not automatically establish a fault.
Neither result establishes consent, deliverability, recoverability or lost revenue. The check does not certify the integration as healthy. Where definitions or evidence do not support a meaningful comparison, I say so.
A check, not an investigation.
The £150 check does not include root-cause diagnosis, an account-wide investigation, record-by-record reconciliation, consent adjudication, recovery or unsuppression, integration repairs, campaign preparation or sending, or ongoing monitoring.
If investigation is warranted, it is an optional, separately scoped next step. You can also take the result to your own team. There is no compulsory follow-on purchase.
Before the check starts.
We agree the comparison, the evidence or access needed and the scope in writing. Access must be authorised, appropriately limited and revocable. Please do not email passwords, customer lists or account exports in an initial enquiry.
This is a separate offer from the public-source analysis. The analysis offer’s guarantee and credit provisions are not transferred to this check, and existing agreed customer entitlements remain unchanged.
