The counts you type are processed in your browser. This tool does not send them to a server, put them into a URL or email, save them to browser storage, or use them for tracking. No account credentials or email address are required.

The hosting provider still receives ordinary requests needed to serve the page and its assets. Browser-local arithmetic is not a claim that the host receives no technical request information.

When you enquire.

I use your name, email address or WhatsApp number, message and relevant correspondence to answer your question, agree a scope, deliver contracted work and handle invoices or records where applicable. Do not include passwords or sensitive account exports in an initial message.

Enquiries arrive by direct email or by WhatsApp. Email is handled by the relevant email providers. WhatsApp is an external service: messages are processed by WhatsApp before they reach me, and that channel is not part of Higher Self infrastructure. These providers process the information needed to perform their roles.

An enquiry is not an instruction to join a marketing list or sequence. WhatsApp is used only where you initiate that channel; it is not the first-contact route.

Public-source business outreach.

Outreach concerns business capacity, not personal social accounts or home addresses. Sources are company websites, public business registers, and business contact details companies display on their own official sites, each recorded with its source and date. An earlier email outreach channel was prepared on this basis but has not been used.

Current outreach is by post: letters to relevant business contacts at limited companies and LLPs, sourced from public registers. It is not a bulk personal-address campaign. Each business receives one letter; there are no follow-ups. An earlier recorded policy allowed an initial email and up to two follow-ups; it was superseded before any email outreach was sent.

The prepared-but-unused email setup supports open and click tracking. If email outreach is ever used, this notice will say so before the first message is sent. This website sets no analytics cookies and adds no tracking to its pages.

Purpose and lawful basis.

The recorded basis for proportionate, targeted B2B outreach is legitimate interests. Enquiry and contracted-work processing uses the steps needed before or under a contract where applicable; statutory business records are retained to meet legal obligations.

These descriptions do not make every possible outreach use lawful. The purpose, business relevance, source and any objection still need to be respected. I do not sell contact data.

Retention and your choices.

The existing policy retains prospective-contact records for up to 12 months, client and invoice records for the applicable statutory period, and the minimum opt-out record indefinitely so that an objection continues to be honoured.

You can object to outreach at any time by emailing david@higherself.ai. Outreach stops; no reason is required. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, subject to applicable requirements. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Suppressing an address requires retaining the minimal suppression record rather than deleting the fact that you asked not to be contacted.

Public website checks and client systems.

The scanner policy explains public GET/HEAD checks, rate limits and how to block or opt out. Client-system work uses separately authorised access, agreed purposes and scoped data paths.

Where customer data is processed by an AI model, my delivery policy is an open-weight model on private infrastructure in a region you choose. Messaging channels and integrations have separate data paths, agreed for the engagement.
