I say what I would look at first and whether I think there is a job in it. If there is not, I say so.

Passwords, customer records, learner data and account access. Any access a job needs is agreed before paid work, never in a first message.

WhatsApp and email are run by their own companies. They are separate from any private setup agreed for project work.
