A public-information question, an account investigation and a build are different pieces of work.
These are reference prices and the dated offer terms from 13 September 2026, not a current quote. Price, availability and scope need my confirmation before paid work. Existing agreed entitlements are unchanged.

Shopify and Klaviyo System Check
£150 fixed
I verify agreed figures against authorised evidence or access and provide a concise written result.
This is not diagnosis, reconciliation or repair.
Outside-in analysis
£150 fixed
An agreed question answered from public evidence, without private-account access.
The report and the invoice arrive together. If it teaches you nothing new, you decide and I cancel the invoice.
A paid analysis is credited against email-system reconciliation or a fixed build, not against the £750 inspection.
One-workflow inspection
£750 fixed
A read-only investigation of one agreed workflow across named systems. Findings, evidence, a reproduction path and limits.
No state-changing fixes or professional compliance sign-off.
A scoped build
From £2,500
One useful system or workflow, with acceptance checks and handover.
We agree the actual fixed price before starting. A prior audit is not compulsory.
Email-system reconciliation
£1,500 fixed
About two weeks; half on scope and half on delivery.
Written and record-level findings, an agreed correction applied with you or specified, verification, a campaign prepared for your decision, and one 90-day recheck. The analysis fee is credited. Where a finding is immaterial, the reduced fee is agreed before starting. An optional walkthrough is available.
Ongoing work
From £750 a month
A defined recurring duty, not a compulsory retainer.
Engineering and supervised AI sessions and outputs are recorded, with quarterly review. Scheduled checks have a separately defined operating scope.
Keep the terms with the job
Two £150 offers. Different questions.
The System Check verifies agreed figures. Outside-in analysis answers a question from public information. The cancellation promise and credit for outside-in analysis do not automatically apply to the System Check or other work.
The reconciliation includes one 90-day recheck, not continuous monitoring. Preparing a campaign for your decision is not sending it.
