The Reconciliation

The check on your two numbers sizes a difference; it deliberately cannot name one. The outside-in analysis examines your public surface from outside, and the £750 inspection follows the two-numbers workflow read-only, changing nothing. This engagement is what happens when you decide to act on what those found: it goes inside the numbers, with access agreed in writing beforehand and only where the work needs it, and finishes the sentence the others stop short of. On the ladder it is the named build for this workflow, at a fixed price.

What gets established

Every unreachable record, named and bucketed: suppressed by whom, on what date, for which stated reason. Not a sample. Alongside it, a dated reconstruction of what happened, from your own timestamps, so a single account-wide event reads as what it is rather than as thousands of individual decisions. Then the consent audit: which people in which buckets still consent to be written to, under which standard. Being back in a platform is not permission, and the audit says so, record by record.

What gets repaired

The join between the systems: the integration status, the last sync, and what stopped talking to what, with the fix either applied with you or specified in writing. Your email authentication records are hardened and verified, because a mended list deserves a sender that arrives. And where you instruct it, recovery is executed with consent intact, then verified server-side rather than trusted from a dashboard. The campaign that writes to recovered people is designed for you, ready for you to send; you keep it whether or not we ever speak again.

What you keep

A written record in the same format as the analysis: every finding labelled Observed, with the URL, date and exact response; Reproduced, with the steps for you to see the same thing yourself; or Inferred, marked as inference and never dressed as fact. A one-page summary you can hand to anyone. And a value model of the recovered list, stated as ranges and marked Inferred, so the return is measured rather than asserted. Ninety days on, one recheck is included: the two numbers, reconciled again, in writing.

The terms

Fixed price £1,500, about two weeks. Half on agreeing the written scope, half on delivery of the record. If you started with the outside-in analysis, its fee is credited against this one. If the finding turns out to be immaterial, you pay a reduced fee, fixed in writing before any work begins, and receive that finding in the same record. Nothing depends on a call; a walk-through after delivery is there if you want it.

After it

The check your two numbers taught you wants running again each quarter, and after any import, app change or platform move. That recurring habit can be done for you: the join between your systems, owned, with a written record each time. It is offered to clients whose reconciliation is done, and only ever as an offer.
