Selected work

My own operating system

See the exact change before it goes through.

I use HSFOS to keep track of work and decisions. An agent prepares a proposal, I check what supports it, and the system records the decision when I apply it.

How it works

From a proposal to a record.

An agent can collect notes and propose changes. The review shows the record it would change and the exact wording before and after. It keeps reported claims separate from facts I’ve checked, so a confident summary carries only the weight of its evidence.

I choose what to apply. When I accept a decision, the system records who accepted it and keeps a reference to the original proposal. Someone coming to the work later can see what was decided and where it came from.

What carries over to client work

A system your team can take over.

For client work, the same pattern gives the founder or a named reviewer control over changes. At handover, your team gets the agreed code, accounts and instructions, with a record of how decisions are made. A new operator can find the rule, the evidence and the person who can change it.
